1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "bdgil" or "Platform" refers to the bdgil.cam website and all its associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered with bdgil and is using the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to each member's personal user profile.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of real money deposited in the account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds received under promotional offers, which are subject to specific conditions before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to the amount staked by a member on any game or event.
• "Terms" refers to this complete terms and conditions document.

In these terms, singular includes plural and plural includes singular, unless the context requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on bdgil, users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. If a minor registers and their age is subsequently unconfirmed, their account will be immediately closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only

Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. bdgil reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit all deposited funds if multiple accounts are created from the same IP address, device, payment method or name.

2.3 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. bdgil reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.

2.4 Eligibility Criteria

The following persons may not open an account with bdgil:

• Any person under the age of 21;
• Residents of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• bdgil employees or their close relatives;
• Persons whose accounts have previously been closed due to fraudulent activity.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Users must keep their account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. bdgil will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with another person. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, bdgil's support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdgil reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age and payment method at any time. Government-issued ID, proof of address or other documents may be requested for verification. bdgil has the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If an account has no login or transaction activity for 12 (twelve) consecutive months, it will be considered inactive. Users will be notified in advance by email regarding inactive accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on bdgil is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. A confirmation message will be sent once all deposits are credited to the bdgil account.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification. This timeframe may change while a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Payment Method Conditions

• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• bdgil reserves the right to hold any transaction until verification is complete.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions will be investigated by bdgil's compliance team.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on bdgil are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in a different currency, a conversion rate may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to activate this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in bets to be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only valid on your own account — bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• bdgil reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion.
• Each promotion has its own expiry date — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.

6 Game Rules and Betting

6.1 General Rules

Each game has its own rules as described in the game interface. Games available on bdgil are operated by third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI and Spribe.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, the game in question will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. The game server log is the final and binding evidence for any appeal.

6.3 Fair Play

bdgil is committed to ensuring fair and impartial outcomes in all games. Our game providers use verified random number generators (RNG), which are audited by independent laboratories.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdgil:

• Using fraud, hacking, bots or any other improper technical methods;
• Abusing the bonus system or managing accounts for the purpose of strategically accumulating bonuses;
• Using the platform for money laundering;
• Harassing or insulting other users;
• Registering using a false identity or false information;
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdgil.cam website — logos, graphics, text, software, design and other elements — is the intellectual property of bdgil. No part of this content may be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Users are granted a limited permission to view the site's content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This permission does not transfer any ownership rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdgil is not liable for the following:

• Problems caused by technical errors from third-party game providers;
• Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others;
• Force Majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks or government restrictions causing service downtime.

In no circumstances will bdgil's total liability exceed the amount of real funds held in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by bdgil

bdgil may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Bonus abuse.

11.2 Closure by User

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time. The real balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
